Duty Allowance: ¥10,000
Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥37,080 / 30 hours(Paid even if overtime is less than 30 hours)
Fixed Night Shift Allowance: ¥5,456
Holiday Work Allowance: ¥9,944 per day(Holiday work is optional upon request)

| Job details | We are a restaurant company based in Iwaki, operating yakitori izakaya, yakiniku restaurants, and ramen shops. Founded in 1996, this year marks our 29th anniversary. Working at an izakaya is a wonderful job where you can bring smiles to customers’ faces. At our company, you will have the opportunity to learn cooking techniques from highly popular restaurants as well as customer service rooted in the spirit of Japanese hospitality. Since you can directly see customers’ reactions, the work is very rewarding. For this reason, we place great importance on developing the “human skills” of our employees and have established a strong in-house training system. There are many opportunities for growth, including monthly study sessions, participation in seminars, and training with external instructors. While studying Japanese, you can also improve your communication skills and grow together with the company. Outside of work, our employees have a close and friendly relationship, making the company very home-like and welcoming. You can also feel at ease because we already have senior staff members from Vietnam and Myanmar. Many international students are also working with us. In addition, we are planning to open restaurants in Vietnam in the future, so there will be opportunities to return home and work as a store manager! |
