Role of Registration support organization
Our staff includes Japanese, Vietnamese, English, Myanmar, and Indonesian speakers who work together to support foreign workers.
① Pre-arrival Guidance
After signing the employment contract, before applying for the Certificate of Eligibility or change of status, we explain labor conditions, work content, entry procedures, and security deposit requirements through face-to-face meetings or video calls.
② Entry/Exit Transport/Exit
We provide transportation from the airport to the workplace or residence upon arrival, and accompany workers to the airport security check upon departure.
③ Housing & Contracts
We help find suitable housing and assist with administrative procedures like moving-in notifications. We also guide and support opening bank accounts, mobile phone contracts, and utility services.
④ Life Orientation
We provide information about daily life, Japanese rules and manners, disaster response, and how to use various local services after entering Japan.
⑤ Japanese Learning
We provide information about Japanese language classes and learning materials to help foreign workers improve their language skills for daily life.
⑥ Consultations & Complaints
We respond to workplace and daily life consultations or complaints in a language the foreign worker can fully understand and provide appropriate advice and guidance as needed.
⑦ Interaction Support
We facilitate participation in community activities and local events to prevent feelings of isolation and promote interaction with local residents.
⑧ Career Support
We provide career support if the employment contract is terminated due to the accepting company’s circumstances.
⑨ Meetings & Reporting
We conduct regular meetings (at least once every 3 months) with the foreign worker and their supervisor and report the results to administrative authorities.
