Philippine Labor Laws require that foreign companies desirous of employing Filipino staff/workers, musicians and entertainers be accredited with POEA, PERIDOT can provide services to them so that accreditation can be obtained.
RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND TRAINING
Foreign principals may request PERIDOT to prepare the groundwork for the visit of their representatives in connection with the final interview and selection of applicants.
FINAL INTERVIEW FACILITATIONS
After PERIDOT has conducted the preliminary interviews, screening, and testing, the principal for this purpose may include scheduling interviews, auditioning of talents and arranging the briefing on employment terms and conditions.
PREPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT PAPERS AND FACILITATION OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
PERIDOT can provide the principals with advice and service on the Philippine government’s rules and regulations on the employment contracts. It can draft the contracts and submit the same to the principal for considerations.
WORKERS AND BENEFICIARIES WELFARE
While the staff/workers, entertainers, and musicians, are employed overseas, PERIDOT shall monitor their conditions and report the same to their families.
