 Passed the “Caregiving skill evaluation test/Caregiving Japanese evaluation test” and come to Japan to work.
 Technical interns ⇒ Can be calculated as one of the staff based on the staffing standard for 6 months from starting working.
 Need 2 months of training before and after entering Japan to work.
 In addition to learning Japanese and manners, the workers also learn the basics of caregiving knowledge and skills.

We highly recommend specified skills foreign workers who have passed the "Caregiving skill evaluation test/Caregiving Japanese evaluation test" and are former technical trainees.
