Greetings From The Representative

From a rehabilitation professional therapist, I studied about caregiving for the elderly in graduate school and acquired a "medical welfare doctor" license. I want to use the "excellent caregiving technology in Japan" I learned and studied in graduate school to the care of the elderly in Japan and overseas.
In order to verify what kind of education can be practiced to train high-quality foreign caregivers, we hired a foreign caregiver to our corporation for the first time. At present, the members are highly valued human resources who are indispensable for the users of our nursing home. For foreign specified skills workers, we will utilize the know-how that we have accumulated in the operation of nursing homes and conduct lectures on hospitality and scientific nursing for facility users at a Japanese language school in Nepal before coming to Japan. The students who took the lecture successfully passed the specified skills evaluation test for once try. The same content is provided for the post-immigration training for caregiving trainees. Our company, which has a long history of caregiving, will introduce high-quality caregiving foreign workers and technical interns. Representative Director Yumiko Fukushima |
