JEPPCA: Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines & Consultants’ Association Inc.
JEPPCA was created during the first quarter of 2015 and become officially registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and other Philippine government entities on 14 October 2015.   This was a result of some overseas employment industry stalwarts’ desire to form a professional association which will help ensure that all issues relating to employment of skilled personnel, professionals and other workers to a very promising job destination as Japan, are properly addressed for the betterment of all stakeholders.   JEPPCA prides itself of having reputable leaders and members who have unselfishly contributed to upgrading the overseas employment industry’s ethical standards and professionalism.   While various manpower industry groups in the Philippines are either country-specific or purpose-driven,  JEPPCA assumes both roles, aiming to be known as a professional promoter of employment opportunities for Filipinos of various skills (engineers, other professionals, health care workers, technical interns and all other occupations or job roles which Filipino workers are legally-authorized to perform).   Shortly after JEPPCA was formed, it organized a business conference in Manila with other Philippine manpower groups and a professional entity in Japan.  Attended by several Japanese company CEOs, company executives and decision makers,  the November 2015 conference promoted not only Japan employment opportunities for Filipinos, but also a camaraderie amongst representatives of Japanese employment companies and Philippine licensed agencies.  It also provided an opportunity for Japanese companies, Filipino manpower providers, government regulators such as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and the Embassy of Japan in Manila, to learn from one another. From then, JEPPCA made as its social responsibility and advocacy, to partner with other Philippine manpower groups and the POEA, in providing overseas application procedures and pre-employment guide to potential job seekers.  It has a ready guide too, for employers who are wanting to bring in Filipino workers to Japan and other overseas destination. It also conducts capacity-building programs for its members and their employees,  to keep them abreast with applicable laws, migration requirements and other updates related to providing short-term solution to Japan’s continuously-expanding labour shortage concerns. JEPPCA recognizes that while its members work to properly represent the globally- recognized Filipino workforce and the foreign Employers,  the need to protect the interest of all parties involved, also remains a primordial duty of every member-agency.

To Provide Quality Japanese Education
To Provide Quality Japanese Education
Y. Suzuki Nihongo Learning Center, or YSNLC, was first established on May 26, 2014 by its founder, Yosuke Suzuki, with the purpose of providing quality Japanese education to its students wish to work and thrive in a Japanese working environment. Philippines is entering a new era of closeness between itself and Japan, socially and economically. In this new era, learning Japanese provides a distinct advantage over non-speakers in finding jobs, earning promotions and receiving a higher salary. In 2017, over 200 businesses from Japan have been reported to open office branches and factories in the Philippines. This will provide new job opportunities for Filipinos locally in a Japanese company. We believe that learning Japanese will increase your opportunity in working for one of these companies. Japan has opened its doors to aspiring OFWs as businesses are becoming dependent on foreign workers due to its declining work force and aging population. Many job opportunities in Japan are now available to Filipinos or will become available soon. As a requirement in applying for these jobs, applicants may be required to have learnt Japanese or to pass the Japan Language Proficiency Test, or JLPT. YSNLC intends to prepare its students to pass these required exams and to guide them into their futures.

Our commitment is to bring as many smiles as possible by serving ourselves as a bridge between Japan and the Philippines.
Our commitment is to bring as many smiles as possible by serving ourselves as a bridge between Japan and the Philippines.
"In the year 2025, we will lack 380,000 nurses!" Such a shocking news had caused anxiety to the society in 2016. When we have interviewed people in the healthcare industry, many of them are saying that they lack nurses until now. What can we do to overcome various challenges in the future, such as aging society, the decline in the labor force population, to maintain Japan's national strength, social progress of women, and to live a comfortable life in retirement? What should we do to maintain Japan's global competitiveness? In an increasingly globalized world, we may be able to build an opulent society by cooperating with foreign people and living with them in harmony. We serve ourselves as a bridge between Japan and the Philippines by training kind, cheerful, and honest human resources in the Philippines in such a way that both dispatching and accepting parties can have a peace of mind.
